Zach Hudson is our State Representative for District #49, representing the communities of Troutdale, Wood Village, Fairview, and North Gresham. In his two terms as state representative, Rep. Hudson has worked hard to make education more effective and inclusive, support working families, champion racial equity, and lead efforts toward a sustainable Oregon.
Rep. Hudson is also an educator who has taught in local schools for 18 years and is a former Troutdale City Council member. His accomplishments include securing funding for affordable housing, workforce training, and food assistance programs—initiatives that directly benefit our district and its residents. Having lived in East County for 18 years with his family, he is committed to working for all Oregonians to promote equity and community and to make the system fairer and more effective.
