Our Mission
Our mission is to engage, energize, and elevate East Multnomah County by transforming governments to
better reflect and represent East County’s diverse and progressive community. We mobilize voters, train progressive candidates, and win elections.
We energize the next generation of progressive leaders to run for office to create more progressive, more diverse, and more representative local governments. We recruit and train candidates to run for office and support them in their campaigns.
We engage new and low-propensity voters by promoting progressive issues and candidates who will work to improve the lives of our community, especially our most vulnerable. We will bring the community together through civic engagement events, conversations, and voter education.
We elevate East County by winning elections and ensuring that East County rises to meet the needs of everyone in the community. We will call attention to the community’s most pressing issues through campaigns and by winning elections with voter turnout efforts.
